Le Corail Suites Hotel

I'm a frequent traveler. I travel all over the world and stay at different hotels. I stayed at the Le Corail Suites in October 2023 during my second trip to Tunisia. I was so impressed by the whole stay experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sawsen, Rahma and Kholoud, to name a few, were very helpful and friendly and always smiling. The check in process was smooth. Sawsen showed me my way to my room and explained things to me in a very professional way. The hotel ambience was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I tried both the Café and restaurant and both were great. I asked for a room at the higher floor and my request was accommodated. I was supposed to stay there from 10/28/2023 to 11/05/2023 but after one day from my stay there I had to make a change in my plans and decided to visit Djerba for couple of nights. I asked at the reception if they can transfer these couple of nights to one of their hotels there. My request was accommodated as well. Not only that, but Mr. Mehdi Ben Thabet, the hotel director, went above and beyond to make sure I get a great experience in Djerba. He personally met with me and offered an upgrade to my stay there to an all inclusive on the beach resort, the Iberostar Mehari Djerba. He personally contacted the hotel director there and gave me his personal contact numbers if I need to contact him in case there are any issues. When I got to Djerba, the check in process at the Iberostar Mehari Djerba was fantastic. I got Star Prestige treatment there. Every thing there was excellent, the resort ambience, the guest services, the room and the food. The hotel director there Mr. Anis welcomed me personally to the hotel. I just cannot thank both Mr. Mehdi and Mr. Anis enough for their hospitality, generosity and professionalism! It was definitely a superb case study customer service experience. Upon my return back to Le Corail Suites Hotel in Tunis, Mr.

1. Room is spacious and has kitchen facilities! 2. Bed is one of the most comfortable we've experienced. We slept really well at Le Corail. 3. Good heating, good hot water. 4. Staff are friendly, professional, welcoming and very helpful. Our requests were attended to swiftly. 5. Great location on a beautiful strip, and just 15 minutes away from their airport. The staff helped us get a taxi to the airport that fits all of our belongings. 6. Good selection of continental and cooked breakfast.

Thanks Le Corail Suites Hotel for the outstanding hospitality and services. Indeed,it’s a wonderful hotel! We had a warm welcoming me and my family, especially from Mr. Islam and the beautiful Mrs. Sawsen (the lady in red. They were very helpful and caring all the time. Honestly we felt that we were at home not a hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The room service was great and on time. The breakfast was super delicious and had many varieties. The location is great and it’s very close to everything. In brief I can say this is a 5***** hotel overall. I highly recommend it, and it will be my first choice especially during business trips.

The place was good, clean, the staff was all very good, friendly and helpful, location was ok, shops were not too far away and also only about 10/12 minutes away from the airport and took about 20 minutes to get to Sidi bou sai, and zaytona mosque was about 25 minutes, not too busy or heavy traffic area, quiet and peaceful
